Wildling Shoes ist ein 2015 gegründetes Unternehmen, welches Minimalschuhe für Kinder und Erwachsene kreiert, produziert und vertreibt. Unsere Schuhe werden in Portugal fair hergestellt und bestehen zum Großteil aus Naturstoffen aus biologischem Anbau (lederfrei). Wir glauben an die Kraft der Regeneration. Dazu müssen wir uns selbst und den Status-Quo hinterfragen, Neues wagen und bestehende Strukturen aufbrechen. Dafür braucht es eine Welt, in der wir denken, agieren und handeln wie Aktivist:innen. Du als Teil von Wildling:
Unsere Showrooms in Köln und Berlin, sowie der Lagerstore in Engelskirchen bilden den persönlichen Kontaktpunkt zu potentieller und bestehender Kundschaft. Deswegen solltest du ein starkes Interesse an einem positiven Umgang mit und der bestmöglichen Beratung von Menschen haben. Mit dem Beratungs Fokus in den Showrooms sind Vorkenntnisse im Bereich des Verkaufs keine Voraussetzung. Eine intensive Auseinandersetzung oder Affinität zu dem Thema ökologische Nachhaltigkeit sollte gegeben sein oder zumindest durch die Bereitschaft einer schnellen Einarbeitung kompensiert werden.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:
Als Showroom Specialist (w/m/d- all gender welcome!) bist du gemeinsam mit dem gesamten Team für das Erlebnis der Kund:innen verantwortlich. Daher solltest auch du ein Auge für die Sauberkeit des Showrooms haben und ihr solltet als Team ein positives Erlebnis gewährleisten. Da auch viele Kinder zu unseren Kund:innen zählen, ist eine gewisse Kinderfreundlichkeit und damit verbundene Geduld Voraussetzung für diese Position.

Spaß an Beratung: freundliche und fachlich gute Beratung unserer großen und kleinen Kund:innen – auch wenn es bei den Kleinen mal etwas länger dauert
Kundschaftsperspektive: Unordnung und Schmutz stechen dir schnell ins Auge, du ergreifst die Initiative und stellst so ein positives Erlebnis für die Showroom Besucher sicher
Flexibilität: Arbeitszeiten von Dienstag bis Samstag zwischen 10-18h kannst du einrichten und dich mit deinem Team selbstständig abstimmen
Teamplayer: positiver, wertschätzender Umgang im Team und mit deinen Kolleg:innen der Wildling Familie ist dir wichtig

Who we are:
Wildling Shoes is a company founded in 2015 that creates, produces and distributes minimal shoes for children and adults. Our shoes are fairly produced in Portugal and are mostly made of natural materials from organic farming (leather-free). We believe in the power of regeneration. To do this, we need to question ourselves and the status quo, dare to do something new and break up existing structures. For this we need a world in which we think, act and act like activists. One in which we try things out - fail in the process, learn, and thus continue to develop. We believe that together and in our diversity we can best achieve our goals.

You as a part of Wildling Shoes:
Our showrooms in Cologne and Berlin, as well as the warehouse store in Engelskirchen, form the personal point of contact to potential and existing customers. Therefore you should have a strong interest in dealing with and advising people in a positive way. With the consulting focus in the showrooms, previous experience in sales is not a prerequisite. An intense involvement or affinity to the topic of environmental sustainability should be given or at least compensated by the willingness to learn quickly.
Tasks to expect:
As a Showroom Specialist (f/m/d- all genders welcome!) you are, together with the entire team, responsible for the customer experience. Therefore you should also have an eye for the cleanliness of the showroom and as a team you should ensure a positive experience. Since we also have a lot of children customers, a certain child-friendliness and patience is a prerequisite for this position.

Customer perspective: mess and dirt catch your eye quickly, you take the initiative and create a positive experience for the customers and all the showroom visitors
Flexibility: You can set up working hours from Tuesday to Saturday between 10-18h and coordinate with your team independently
