You as a part of Wildling Shoes:

As an Accounting Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll handle the daily volume of documents with confidence and reliability. Your focus will be on reliably managing our high workload in day-to-day operations. You are someone who, even when the workload is heavy—from accounts payable to clearing open items—keeps a cool head, has a firm grasp of accounting principles, and optimizes processes through proactive thinking.

Tasks to expect:

  • Account assignment and posting of day-to-day transactions
  • Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of open items
  • Posting of bank statements
  • Processing of payments
  • Coordination of the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Preparation of reports and analyses
  • Optimization of accounting processes and systems

We would like you to:

  • Relevant professional experience: You have completed a business-related apprenticeship in finance (e.g., as a financial or general ledger accountant) and have several years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with ERP solutions: You have experience working with ERP solutions (Datev, SAP Business byDesign, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Digital Processes & Office Skills: You work with digital tools and MS Office products (especially Excel) and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with large volumes of data and transactions
  • Pioneering Spirit & Hands-On Approach: You enjoy helping to shape your area of responsibility, working independently and solution-oriented, and further developing (digital) processes
  • Team Player: You think in terms of processes and, as a business partner, can easily shift perspectives—a true team player who is always on the lookout for the best solution.
  • Organizational Skills: You work in a structured and self-directed manner and handle sensitive financial data with the utmost care.
